Similarly, employee surveys help employers measure and understand their employees’ attitude, feedback, motivation, satisfaction and all the issues that need to be resolved.
The employees are satisfied with the fact that they have the chance to try their own methods of doing their job, but according the survey, the employees shows us an issue on internal communication between them and the managers because only 400 employees on 10,900 have responded to the questionnaire which means only 3,66% of the totality.
Our recommendations for Level 10 Networking, are to try to change the way the company shares internal information and to appreciate the potential of their workers.
The survey was carried out during the period of January 10th 2017 to March 15th 2017.
INTRODUCTION
Methodology
This survey is composed of 16 different questions which can be interpersonal, information or decision making roles and with no open comment questions.
The questionnaire was mostly concentrated on “Job Satisfaction”
And divided on five different small categories:
- Communication
- Relationships
- Learning and Personal Development
- Incomes, compensation, and personal benefits
- Organization
All the employees of Level 10 Networking were invited to respond the questionnaire, based on a level of satisfaction with these answers: very dissatisfied, dissatisfied, neither, satisfied and very satisfied.
Only 400 employees have responded which means a 3.6% of all workers, a percentage very low to really understand how employees feel about their job.

Thanks to question 12 “The way employees are informed about company policy”; shows a real problem concerning communication.
Roughly 90% of the answers were negative and workers think they are not informed good enough.
