Sucessful VS effective Managers

The manager who is effective and successful at the same time must have to use a fairly balance approach. (Authorize)

The behaviour use with this kind of manager is most often effective manager’s behaviour. (Luthans, 1998)

In my opinion, I could be both whether I really want to become a great manager. My reasons are because, first, my personality is more effective than successful. I am involved to help others and want to success not by networking but by ability, experiences and knowledge.

For reach the goal to become both, it advises to use communication to create a link between the manager and the employees.(Listen) (CareerManagement)

Delegate the work and set goals (Engaged, Demonstrate, Authorize), that are necessary to have more results than if you do all the work. (CareerManagement). Then, I totally agree and I like the appraisal system it is very fairly to judge about performance and not about the success of our socializing and politicking. It is implement at the employers as well as the employees. (Luthans, 1998)

With the use of actions and attitudes above, I think it is possible to be an effective manager and have success.

As we can see, become an effective manager is very difficult. Despite those obstacles, I think I could be an effective manager. I am aware that I will do training to reach my goal. But with willpower and experiences I can become also the both: an effective manager successful.

Furthermore, we can see that L.E.A.D and the appropriate activities are applying most often in the effective’s behaviour. So, we can conclude that adopt this way is necessary to move forward and improve ourselves.
