I can say that my leadership in group work often works, but I do not know if it will work in the world of work. I did several internships but I never had a responsibility because internships in Morocco are not taken seriously. The trainee is used to do non important task and has not access to private data unlike in Spain or France for example.
I have some areas that could be improved, for example, I should work improving my strengths. Analysis will rapidly show where I need to improve skills or acquire new ones. The best leaders take lessons from their mistakes and come out resolved and ready to face new challenges. Leaders inspire others with their particularly infectious enthusiasm and sympathetic finesse, passion and fervor for what they do.
And finally, empathy, self-awareness, determination, self-discipline, intuition and social skills are the keys to successful leadership and are all associated with a high level of emotional intelligence
