- Capacity Building Mechanisms

The upcoming Moroccan presidency, calls on the parties to conclude the third review of the CB framework at COP22, and to clarify the linkages between the implementation of the framework for capacity-building in developing countries established under 2/CP7 and the PCCB.

The objective is inter-alia to strengthen the capacity of Parties to formulate, communicate and carry out their NDCs and NAPs.

To this end, the upcoming Moroccan Presidency invites Parties, public and private financial institutions to consider a "Fast Track Green Finance Facility".
