Good critics: Before submitting a solution, you always think it over. You always have a quick answer for any issue. You bring out a timely solution
Not Good:
Time: You are continually late for work and you must to improve this aspect. Otherwise, I must to take bad decisions for you.
Attitude: You are usually gives off “an air” of superiority to your co-workers. That is not good for the team atmosphere. Many work-partners complain to you because of your attitude.
Communication: You need to improve your communication with other employees and management. You do not effectively communicate both written and verbal communication must be improved.
Creative: You have difficult time thinking “outside of the box” and creating new and untested solutions.
Communication: You does a job good but when you come to difficult situations that is not the same. You have problem to understand how to calm the customer down.
Bad critics: You never cares about the situations that can be happened when you make decison
