At the end of the meal, he makes sure of the customer satisfaction, make the bill and cashes their payment.

Waiter: Waiter's job can vary from an establishment to an other one according to the organization of this one. However, in general way, he presents the menu, takes the command, fetches in the kitchen dishes, serves drinks, clears, presents the bill and cashes and finally lays a new table for the continuation of the service.

The waiter assures a quality service quickly by executing and with skill the repetitive gestures of the service and by assuring a quality relation with the customer by being pleasant and attentive to his requests.

Barman : He serves drinks commanded by the customers, he realizes the classic cocktails of the card and also proposes compositions of his choice. He assures the inventory of drinks, he commands drinks with the suppliers, he receive them and he tidies up bottles. He is also responsible of the cleaning and the maintenance of machines and equipment of the bar.

Front Office Manager : is responsible for the service “Accueil-Reception” of the hotel, which takes care of the customers upon their arrival. He facilitates the progress of their stay, assures the requests of diverse services, and cashes the payments from the customers. He defines the schedule of the employees of accommodation. He's also responsible of the bookings, manages the relations with Tour Operator, and booking center, tries to make know his establishment with people work in the tourism industry and with the groups of seminaries.

Receptionist: He welcomes the customers upon their arrival, he makes sure that their way passed well, he presents the services of the establishment, he supplies informations on the tourist activities of the city or near the hotel, he makes the administrative modalities of the stay then he gives to the customers the key of their room. He can be brought to assure services as the booking of taxis.

He is also in charge of the schedule of bookings of rooms, he informs the customers by phone about the bookings. Knowing the movements of arrivals and departures, he tells the Valets maids, the rooms to be prepared.

Valets Maids : She is responsible for cleaning and tidying up hotel rooms after the use by the customer, as well as for cleaning the common areas of floors.

Every week, the valet maid receives her schedule indicating her the rooms which se has to clean and tidy up, with efficiency and speed. She does the cleaning of the room, changes sheets and makes beds, cavuums, cleans toilets and bathroom which she resupplies in linen, towels and clean bathrobes and send the dirty linin in the laundry.
