I was starting to 8 :00 am, I sat at my desk, I’m getting back to my work where I left off. Around 10 :00 a.m I was taking on the floor, to see my tutor, and consult with she and greet her.

But like always my tutor was not disponible. So I was going back to my work, I was just adapting or I created the job description of the employees or if I had finish the job decription of a post I was leaving see an employes concernd by this post I was speaking with himfor him posed a question and make the job description.

When he was 13 :00 p.m, I was just about to take my lunch hour, till 14 :00 p.m. I was going back to my work. I continued to recast the job description of the post or th interviews with the employees.

I was leaving to 16 :00 p.m. If I was starting to 8 :00 a.m I leaving at 16 :00 p.m, and if I was starting to 9 :00 a.m, I leaving to 17 :00 p.m.

I managing my working time like I wanted from the time I respected my35 hours per week.

- Intercultural approach

Sopharma he’s part of Eurapharma a leader of the distribution of products and services pharmaceuticales in Africa, the commnities and Overseas Territories.

This organization is like a big family, if there’s a problem they talking openly all together he have a cohesion.

- Assessment of the work placement

I see only positive points, during my work placement the employees they accepted me fro the first day, they are so kind, I don’t know what else I can say because my work placement went very well.

The employees, my tutor and my co-worker were sympathic, I felt very well welcomed. Even if I had now give from the corporate life it taught me that according the company the atmosphere, the spirit of the company and the employees will vary formcomapny to company.

I find what the company haven’t a difficulties, because they have always something compensating for their difficulties, for example my tutor was not disonible if i need a information the co-worker or the employees help me.

I don’t have any other way of putting because I liked my work placement, I was alright for all and the company is very good !
